Andrew Nutman
Founder & CEOWith over a decade of senior management, investment, and the launch of over 50 medical technologies, Andrew brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, management, and implementation to Samson Medical Technologies.
Over many years of close contact with surgeons in theatres and other medical professionals, Andrew has gained invaluable insights into the environment and the challenges faced during procedures. By partnering with leading global manufacturers, his creative ideas have come to life.
His exceptional industry knowledge, coupled with a global network of innovators in the medical device space, has led to the development of solutions that address the advanced needs of surgeons during procedures. Above all, Andrew is driven by his commitment to improving patient outcomes through Samson’s technologies.
Andrew’s ability to identify the next breakthrough technology in various therapeutic areas, along with his talent for attracting top experts, has built a reputable and growing business trusted by leaders in multiple medical fields.

Michael-John Nutman
General ManagerAs the General Manager, MJ is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Samson Medical Technologies business, as well as executing the long-term strategic business initiatives to support our expansive growth. With a background in the IT industry, MJ has held key product management, business management and sales executive positions across several start- up and large global enterprise organisations. As a result of his extensive experience, MJ brings a rich and multifaceted set of skills and practice to the Samson Medical Technologies business. He is passionate and focussed on always delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers, partners and suppliers.
Outside of work, MJ enjoys spending time with his partner Heidi and their beautiful sausage dogs, Rocket and Chilli. In his spare time, MJ enjoys all things cycling and is a passionate follower of the Sydney Swans.
Nikki Du Toit
Head Of MarketingWith more than 20 years in various marketing roles, Nikki heads up our Marketing department. Her passion for loyalty marketing and consumer behaviour helps us to focus our communication on our surgeon relationships, providing them with information relevant to their needs and challenges.
Nikki works closely with all facets of the business to ensure we have presence in the market and that we have the toolkit to deliver on our key focus of customer satisfaction. Day to day, Nikki is a wife and mother of two and enjoys watching them excel in their sporting endeavours. She loves baking, reading and going to the gym.

They are trained and certified on all our technologies and each technician is either certified or holds an accredited degree in electronics.
